Baton Rouge-based marketing agency ThreeSixtyEight hosted four community conference events called Assembly Required from May 2017 to February 2018. The company is now producing a spin off event, Some Assembly Required, with the hopes to lower cost to attendees and connect more like-minded leaders.
The first Some Assembly Required kicks off tomorrow, September 6, at the ThreeSixtyEight headquarters at 6pm. The event series will primarily focus on two things:
- Gathering attendees in an intimate setting to support networking between community leaders and young professionals.
- Equip attendees with info and tools to combat common challenges experienced by new and established professionals and creatives in our community.
Attendees will network and participate in a facilitated discussion led by the Leather Apron Theater Co., a non-profit comedy collective founded by a Louisiana native. They will be sharing how improv comedy can help us overcome stage fright to become better presenters.
Tickets can be found at assemblyrequiredla.com/tickets.
