Less than two months ago Startup Grind, the largest independent startup community in the world, hired James Guenther to lead the New Orleans chapter.
Guenther has partnered with the New Orleans Business Alliance to host the chapter’s first fireside chat in New Orleans.
Serial entrepreneur Kevin Pollard is the featured speaker for the event on February 19 from 5:30-7:00 pm. Pollard is the founder of C-Suite Services as well as an Adjunct Professor at Tulane teaching new venture planning, managing innovation, and MBA practicum.
His company “licensed and commercializes several ultra-high pressure, high-volume gas and liquid fluid flow control technology patents, developed by NASA for application in severe environments,” according to Startup Grind.
Startup Grind is partnered with Google for Startups and has connecting more than 1,500,000 entrepreneurs throughout more than 600 chapters in 131 countries.
