Two Louisiana-based technology companies have merged to create a more extensive IT managed service provider for the region.
Following a brief transition, Enterprise Computing Services, based in Shreveport, and My IT, based in New Orleans, will be one company under the My IT brand.
“This merger is about taking two premier IT managed service businesses and forging them into a single platform from which to better serve our customers,” shared My IT CEO Patrick Leonard.
The Enterprise Computing Services management team, including CEO Kevin Cook, will stay on board and join My IT. “The combined company will rank among the leading IT managed service providers nationally, and serve a diverse base of small and medium-sized business customers across a wide variety of industries,” shared the companies.
