Louisiana Tech Company Omnidek’s Funding Reaches $3 Million

Baton Rouge-based technology company Omnidek has closed its second funding round, bringing the total funding up to $3 million. The round was led by the Louisiana Fund II and Innovation Catalyst.

The Omnidek platform empowers employees, vendors, and customers to work together in one place through Intranet and Extranet portals.

“We could not be happier to complete this funding round and move into the revenue phase of Omnidek” says Chris Jordan, CEO and founder. Jordan says the platform, “will change the way companies do work with one another in the future.”

The recent capital raised will go towards digital marketing and dealership growth in markets including across the U.S., Canada, Australia, and English-speaking locations in Europe.

“What makes Omnidek unique to market is that our customers aid in our efforts by inviting their business contacts into Omnidek much like DocuSign. We believe these invitations create the opportunity for viral adoption and rapid scale of our opportunity.”
