Propeller is a New Orleans-based nonprofit that supports local entrepreneurs tackling social and environmental disparities.
The organization has announced the local businesses participating in its Impact Accelerator program, which provides entrepreneurs with coaching, community building, curriculum, and technical assistance to help grow their businesses.
All of the participating businesses fall within the focus areas of community economic development, education, food, health, and water. The Impact Accelerator will support these entrepreneurs navigating the “new normal” during a pandemic.
“Accelerator participants include New Orleans’ only Black-owned bookstore, a popular food truck, a re-entry mediation institute, a digital marketplace for postsecondary education, storm-resistant home construction, and more,” shared Propeller.
