A new coworking space has opened in New Orleans. Located in the city’s Lower Garden District, Urban HUB is a collaborative community of freelancers and creatives focused on passion and progress in their businesses.
“We are flipping the script on long-term leases, boring spaces, and unfulfilled teams. We offer entrepreneurs, freelancers, and small teams a unique space with the flexible options they need to take real estate off their minds,” explained Urban HUB.
Members can choose between three membership options: daily rental for $30, hot desk for $250, and dedicated desk for $400.
The facility has space for up to 19 desks, but is currently limiting capacity to 50% to allow for increased work-station separation and social distancing.
