“At Association Success Corp., we are building a family of companies united by a simple purpose – to help associations achieve long term sustainable growth,” shared ASC founder and chairman Amith Nagarajan. “Each of our companies is focused on an element of that success.”
Human Workplaces co-founders Maddie Grant and Jamie Notter, will remain on board. They have years of experience assisting both associations and not-for-profit organizations enhance their culture. Nagarajan says they have a well-deserved reputation as experts at the intersection of associations, culture, and leadership.
“We believe that culture is the only remaining long-term competitive differentiator. Associations that design their culture and build a business model around it achieve far greater success over the long haul,” continued Nagarajan.
