New Orleans-based The Idea Village is an entrepreneurial support organization and accelerator that produces the annual celebration of entrepreneurship in the city known as New Orleans Entrepreneur Week.
Now happening on an all virtual stage, New Orleans Entrepreneur Week will take place March 22-26 and feature a notable lineup of speakers.
The event’s headline speakers include: Brad Feld, managing director of Foundry Group; chef and restaurateur Nina Compton; Christina Wallace, a Harvard Business School lecturer; Tulane professor and author Walter Isaacson; Marlon Nichols, managing partner at MaC Venture Capital; Patrick Comer, founder and CEO of Lucid; Daniel Caruso, managing director of Caruso Ventures; and Eldora Ellison, Ph.D, director of Sterne, Kessler, Goldstein & Fox.

There will be over 60 sessions at the now globally-accessible conference designed to celebrate the city’s entrepreneurial spirit and activity. The 2021 New Orleans Entrepreneur Week themes include community resilience, future-proofing New Orleans, creating equitable systems, New Orleans’ cultural and entrepreneurial landscape, the region’s startup community, and more.
