Connect Hub coworking space, operated by Hertz Investment Group, officially announced its takeover of the former Launch Pad workspace located on the ninth floor of the 400 Poydras office tower in downtown New Orleans.
Hertz is the building’s operator and said they are focused on scaling the offices of solo practitioners and small and medium-sized businesses with the opening of Connect Hub.
“Connect Hub Coworking offers unmatched scalability for members with rapidly changing space requirements,” revealed the coworking operator. “Our unique approach provides optimal solutions for every size business in professional and friendly surroundings.”
Photos from the Connect Hub website appear to show the same furniture and design that was once used by Launch Pad management. Launch Pad announced it was closing its first ever location in its now national network of coworking spaces in July 2020.
