The Big Elixir conference will take place on March 24-25, 2022 at Le Petit Theatre in New Orleans after a two year COVID-fueled hiatus. The single-track conference focuses on the Elixir coding language and attracts speakers and attendees from all over the world.

The Big Elixir was founded by two New Orleans software developers, Bryan Joseph and Joe Ellis, because they wanted a conference in a more intimate, low key environment compared to some of the massive global conferences.
The Big Elixir chose Le Petit because of its single stage — the conference is single-track meaning each speaker gets the attention of the entire audience, and attendees don’t have to make any choices in what to attend.
