365 Connect received the prestigious Coup d’Tech award for its leading edge Locate, Lease and Live Technology Platform it provides to the multifamily housing industry.
The company has managed to create a powerful, real-time business intelligence for today’s organizations. The 365 Connect Platform allows organizations to market to an apartment community across the Internet on high traffic sites, automate Social Media postings, deliver desktop and mobile platforms for prospects to transact business, and provide residents online services and communication tools to enhance retention rates.
Mark Lewis, President of the LTC, presented the award to 365 Connect and stated, “The 365 Connect Locate, Lease and Live Technology Platform is being used nationwide due to its unique ability to communicate data not only across the Internet, but to an individual resident living in an apartment community. Its powerful functionality locates prospective residents though its marketing syndication platform, delivers them leasing tools and serves the resident after the lease is signed through its content driven resident platform. But, the 365 Connect Locate, Lease and Live Technology Platform does not stop there, it also interfaces with online social media such as Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest, and has proven to be so robust and unique, that it has gained acceptance with government programs in affordable housing. We are proud to present 365 Connect with this award today for their commitment and contribution to our technology community.”
