365 Connect Wins Three MHN Technology Choice Awards

The web-based technology platform for the multifamily industry, 365 Connect, has won many national awards in the past. Once again, they were able to announce last week that they have received the Multi-Housing News (MHN) Technology Choice Awards in three categories – Marketing Portals, Resident Portal and Resident Payment Systems. This is the second year in a row that 365 Connect took home these three awards.

365 Connect is an integration-friendly platform that interfaces with social media, management software, marketing platforms and other third-party applications. The MHN awards received last week were for 365 Connect’s Online Leasing Platform, an online expansion that eliminates redundant marketing efforts through the Marketing Syndication Platform, Resident Services Platform, and Resident Services Portals, and Resident Payments Platform.

Dan Waldman, MHN Publisher, said, “Multi-Housing News is proud to present the winners of the 2012 Technology Choice Awards; companies who provide flexible customization, competitive pricing and the most innovative solutions, all backed by superior customer support. The industry users have voted these firms as those that stand out among the rest. As technologies for our industry grow and evolve to meet our constantly changing needs, the playing field becomes more competitive. The companies here are the ones that have been rated highest by our readers. Congratulations to our 2012 winners, for all they do to show the multi-housing industry the many ways technology has a positive impact on our day-to-day as well as long-term business.”

“365 Connect is proud to have its technology platforms recognized by its peers for making a difference in the market, not only for property management professionals, but for residents living in apartment communities across the country,” said President of 365 Connect Kerry W. Kirby. “These awards demonstrate the capability of the 365 Connect Platform to rapidly evolve and grow to meet the changing needs of the multifamily housing industry.”

Last month, Silicon Bayou News covered 365 Connect after the company won an eWARD from the Louisiana Technology Council in the Coup d’Tech category. Winners of the Coup d’Tech award are honored for helping the state economically and emerging as a technology leader. The company received the prestigious Coup d’Tech award for its leading edge Locate, Lease and Live Technology Platform it provides to the multifamily housing industry. This win allows them to compete for the Governor’s Technology Award, which will be announced this afternoon, so stay tuned!
